Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Supervise 30-70 team members in the store;
Interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems;
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in accordance with company and governmental guidelines;
Achieve productivity and payroll goals in each department and manage inventory controls
