Base pay range: $79,000 – $100,000 per year

The Regional Visual Operations Manager (RVOM) aligns a group of 5–6 store teams to execute corporate strategies and business goals. The RVOM fosters an inclusive, high‑performing environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences and maintains a highly engaged field team.
- Support sales teams to drive overall sales through effective visual merchandising and guest experience leadership.
- Coach visual merchandising managers to exceptional performance, aligning product knowledge and sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize store marketing events, special events, and grand openings.
- Ensure all employees receive proper training to provide amazing guest experiences and resolve guest problems quickly.
- Conduct regular audits of store operations and visual processes to guarantee compliance.
- Manage store payroll, expenses, and budgets; continuously work to reduce costs.
- Oversee store inventories, staff training, and signage to align with corporate merchandising directives.
- Recruit, train, develop, and assess Operations and Visual Managers, fostering continuous learning and development.
- Perform occasional non‑exempt duties such as unloading trailers or merchandising as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure timely and qualified hiring.
- Identify and place qualified candidates for vacant positions as openings arise.
- Maintain focus on continuous learning, development, and effective meeting organization.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, or pull furniture up to 100 lbs.
- Capacity to stand for long periods of time.
- Regular attendance at regional stores; field‑based work is essential.
- 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management within retail or 100% travel regions.
- 3–5 years working with multi‑location retail sales organizations.
- Demonstrated competency in retail store operations and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
