DaVita is seeking a Clinical Manager/Coordinator, RN who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center! You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Do you desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way – the way you'd want your own care to be?

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families.
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
