Quinnipiac University is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to oversee the daily operations of M&T Bank Arena — a premier venue that serves as the home of Bobcats athletics and a vibrant hub for campus and community events.

- Oversight of game-day operations, including being the point person for run–of–show during athletic contests and hiring temporary game–day employees and coordinating with the marketing team for game–day needs.
- Oversight of the building schedule, coordinating the needs of officials, visiting teams, and other groups attending or working in the arena.
- Serve as the point person for arena and scoreboard maintenance with ANC Sport Enterprises or the appropriate vendor.
- Work with Public Safety, Hamden Police Department and Fire Department as needed for M&T Bank events.
- Collaborate with necessary parties on incident reports at the M&T Bank arena.
- Coordinate with Alumni Affairs & Development on event needs related to the University Club.
- Act as point person for scheduling of the AMR ambulance service for necessary events.
- Supervision of facility rental arrangements.
- Management of club/intermural use of facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–2 years of related experience in sports management, event management, or facilities management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing live event operations or game–day logistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve necessary goals.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast–paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
