This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing tasks, including reviewing and verifying payroll data, calculating employee wages and deductions, and ensuring compliance with all payroll-related regulations. Additional responsibilities include handling garnishments, managing payroll tax filings, collaborating with relevant departments, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.

• Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
• Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR and accounting principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security
