AIRBUS: Project Leader; d​/f​/m Transformation

Overview

Your mission within the Transformation team is to manage improvement projects and ensure the delivery of tangible value in line with commitments, with the objective of eliminating operational irritants and preparing the organization to achieve Ambition 2030. The organization is transitioning from legacy systems (R3) to a new technological standard (S/4

HANA); this is not an IT upgrade but a business‑driven transformation.

• Act as the bridge between current operations and future standardized processes
• Translate complex operational requirements into standardized business processes
• Support process harmonization during the transition from R3 to S/4
  
  HANA by identifying legacy processes that should be retired, improved, or standardized
• Identify improvement projects to be launched via the Inflow Control Board
• Prioritizes projects that deliver the highest impact in terms of savings, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability, in line with the company’s ambition
• Ensure the achievement of project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) in line with customer expectations and in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
• Define, implement, and lead the project team and governance throughout all project phases, including within cross-functional and matrix organizations
• Ensure effective integration of lessons learned
• Manage risks, opportunities, and contractual aspects (internal and external) proactively
• Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
• Support performance management through a strong understanding of Supply Chain datasets within the Airbus Customer Services environment
• Develop a solid understanding of Supply Chain data structuring in an SAP context
• Use data modeling to derive actionable levers aimed at improving overall Supply Chain performance

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics
• Experience with data analysis and digitalization tools
• Good SAP knowledge
• Business-fluent English;
  German and French are an advantage
• A structured working style with openness and flexibility to adapt to changing internal and external conditions in an increasingly uncertain environment
• Strong change orientation
• Recognized team player with excellent communication skills, a diplomatic approach, and an open, cross-functional mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with internal and external stakeholders
