ng-voice is entering a new and ambitious phase of growth, expanding its technology platform, partnerships, and global footprint. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of People & Culture to shape the next chapter of our organizational evolution.
As a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Team, the VP of People & Culture will design and implement scalable people systems that maintain high talent density, build leadership capability, and strengthen ng-voice’s collaborative, innovation-driven culture.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence - capable of architecting the people roadmap for a scaling tech organization while staying close to the details that make execution successful.

What you'll do1. People Strategy & Organizational Architecture- Develop and execute a strategic People Roadmap aligned with ng-voice’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
- Proven track record to design, development and deliver core HR processes that are agile and create a frictionless employee experience.
- Understanding of the HR IT/ AI landscape to leverage new technologies to most efficiently bring people solutions with speed to the ng-voice employees.
- Design scalable organizational structures and leadership systems that sustain agility and reinforce talent density as a core principle.
- Partner with the Executive Team on data-informed decisions related to workforce planning, leadership capability and development, and organizational development.
- Anticipate scaling challenges and implement pragmatic processes that balance structure with entrepreneurial freedom.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People & Culture team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Empower the existing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations leads to elevate their impact and integrate their expertise into the broader people strategy.
- Leverage a strong personal and professional network within the HR and Talent community to identify top talent and benchmark best practices.
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to continuously refine the recruitment strategy, ensuring ng-voice attracts and secures exceptional talent across functions and geographies.
- Establish a recruitment analytics framework to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Strengthen ng-voice’s employer brand, highlighting its cloud-native innovation, purpose-driven culture, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement retention strategies that sustain engagement and loyalty among top performers through the dynamic growth phases of the business.
- Foster a culture of feedback, development, and recognition, linking performance and progression with company goals and values.
- Coach and mentor emerging leaders, equipping them with the mindset and tools to build high-performing, resilient teams.
- Design and optimize People Operations processes for scalability, compliance, and employee experience, introducing automation where appropriate.
- Lead the design and governance of compensation, bonus, and equity/VSOP programs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company values.
- Build a People Analytics and Insights framework that translates data into actionable intelligence for leadership decision-making.
- Oversee compliance with European labor law and GDPR standards while supporting multiple employment models across geographies.
Must have
- 8+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior (Head/VP) role within a scaling, technology-driven environment.
