* You define the global Facilities & Safety strategy and establish clear standards, policies and governance frameworks across all locations.
* You ensure full compliance with German and EU regulations — you are familiar with current standards such as occupational safety, fire protection or DGUV requirements.
* You manage our external FM & HSE provider, including contracts, SLAs, KPIs and structured performance reviews.
* You coordinate inspections, audits, maintenance and all safety-related activities and ensure their proper execution.
* You assess provider recommendations from a risk, relevance and cost perspective and translate them into clear internal decisions.
* You plan operational activities with Office Management and Design Offices and ensure smooth scheduling, access and processes on-site.
* You act as the central escalation point for incidents, safety findings and compliance risks and ensure complete documentation and follow-up.
* You collaborate closely with P&O, IT, Legal, Finance, Office Management, landlords, architects and local site leads.
* You drive a workplace vision that reflects our culture and create concepts that foster collaboration, wellbeing and engagement.# # WHAT YOU BRING
* You have at least five years of experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Operations or Health & Safety and feel confident operating in this field.
* You have experience managing external service providers and navigating complex contract structures with ease.
* You are familiar with the current standards, for example in German workplace safety, building compliance, fire protection and other relevant regulations ensuring safe and compliant site operations.
* You communicate clearly, empathetically and with strong stakeholder awareness, building effective relationships across internal and external partners.
* You work in a structured, pragmatic and execution‑focused way, with a strong sense of prioritization and accountability.
* You speak fluent German and English and operate comfortably in an international environment.#
