Digital Marketing Associate (all genders) – Full time and permanent

Evotec is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to support the global marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing content across platforms, and optimizing online presence. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about life sciences and digital marketing, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Content & Social Media
  • Assist in creating and publishing content for Evotec’s website, Linked In, and other social channels.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand guidelines.
• Campaign Support
  • Help set up and track email marketing campaigns, webinars, and paid ads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze performance data (website traffic, social engagement, campaign metrics).
  • Prepare monthly dashboards and suggest improvements.
• SEO & Website Maintenance
  • Support SEO optimization efforts (keywords, meta descriptions).
  • Update website content and ensure accuracy.
• Marketing Tools & Automation
  • Learn and assist with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Maintain contact lists and ensure GDPR compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Initial hands-on experience in digital marketing (e.g., internships, student projects)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in the life sciences industry and willingness to learn scientific concepts
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data
• Creative mindset combined with a proactive, learning-oriented attitude
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
