CNC Machine Operator (Operator Role – No Setups) | 1st Shift – Ham Lake, MN (Near Blaine)

Larson Systems is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team. We are located in Ham Lake, MN (north of Blaine) in a clean, modern, air-conditioned shop with a supportive team culture.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed

• Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE)
• Top of range for candidates who can independently run parts to print, use basic measuring tools, and maintain consistent quality with minimal supervision.

• Load and unload parts at CNC equipment (this is an operator position; setups are not required)
• Deburr and break edges to spec
• Perform visual inspection and basic checks to confirm parts meet requirements
• Package parts for shipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Other duties as delegated by the Shop Manager

• 3–6 months experience as a CNC Machine Operator (or closely related manufacturing operator experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Take pride in consistent quality and low scrap
• Like steady hands‑on work and can maintain a consistent production pace
• Communicate clearly with leads/management when something looks “off” (tool wear, burrs, dimension drift)
