Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Associates to join our team at various locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Compensation and Benefits include:

• Hourly wage of $10.00 to $14.00, with potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $3.01 per hour.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Complete required training and adhere to legal and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification if applicable.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team-oriented environment.
