Sole Responsibility partners with major high street retailers and global brands to acquire surplus, damaged, and returned fashion stock. By giving these items a second life through responsible resale, we help prevent incineration and reduce landfill waste. Our mission is to promote sustainable fashion by reselling stock honestly and transparently.

This is a full-time (or part‑time if shared) role in Halifax for an Online Fashion Reseller. The successful candidate will resell stock on live streaming sites, manage product listings across resale platforms, drive strong online sales performance, analyse market trends, create high‑quality product content, manage stock turnover, prepare stock for sale, respond to customer queries, package/dispatch sales, and meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Resell fashion stock on live‑streaming platforms (e.g., Depop, eBay, Vinted).
• Manage product listings across multiple resale channels.
• Analyse market trends and identify profitable product opportunities.
• Create and curate engaging product content.
• Monitor stock turnover, prepare stock for sale, and handle packaging/dispatch.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain excellent service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• 2+ years of experience in online fashion resale or e‑commerce sales (Depop, eBay, Vinted, etc.). Training is available for candidates without 2 years of experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot profitable items.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence working independently and making data‑led decisions.
• Team‑orientated mindset, willing to help the team reach goals.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory across platforms.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and branded apparel.
• Experience with high‑street or sportswear brands is a bonus.
• Basic photography/editing skills for product presentation (training provided).
