Sole Responsibility partners with major high street retailers and global brands to give surplus and returned fashion stock a second life. Instead of landfill or incineration, we resell responsibly through online platforms and live commerce.

We’re building something exciting in Halifax — a fast-growing resale and live-stream operation that blends sustainability, streetwear, personality and performance.

This isn’t a typical retail job.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated, self-organised individual local to Halifax who wants to be part of a growing resale business and isn’t afraid to get on camera.

You’ll be:

• Hosting live streams (Tik Tok / Whatnot / eBay Live etc.)
• Selling branded fashion & sportswear stock
• Engaging audiences and building repeat customers
• Managing listings across resale platforms
• Working to daily and monthly sales targets
• Supporting stock prep, organisation and product flow

As part of a small, ambitious team, you may also be required to support wider office operations when needed. This could include helping with stock organisation, order processing, content preparation, or general team tasks during busy periods.

• Self-motivated and organised — no micromanagement
• Commercially aware — understands value, margin and stock movement
• Competitive and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with good energy
• Local to Halifax or surrounding areas
• Interested in fashion, streetwear or sports brands

Experience in resale platforms (eBay, Depop, Vinted, Tik Tok Shop etc.) is beneficial — but attitude and drive matter more.
