Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract:
12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed e includes working in our in-store bakery

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

What you’ll do- Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
