Position: Soldering Operative
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing
Salary: 13ph plus holiday pay

Job Purpose:

To carry out soldering and basic assembly duties to a high standard, ensuring components and assemblies meet quality specifications. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in soldering who is seeking consistent work with steady hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient soldering of components according to company standards.

• Undertake basic assembly tasks as required.

• Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven, recent soldering experience is essential.

• Ability to carry out basic assembly duties.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliability and ability to work consistently.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
