CNC Turner Halifax, West Yorkshire £15.00 – £17.00 per hour Full-time, Permanent Winner Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Halifax, West Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Turner to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to work in a stable and supportive environment, producing high-quality precision components.

The Role As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating CNC turning machines to manufacture components to tight tolerances, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating CNC turning machines to produce precision-engineered components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance Inspecting finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met Monitoring machines during production runs to ensure consistent output Identifying and resolving basic machining or quality issues Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production targets Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a manufacturing or engineering environment Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Positive attitude towards health & safety Key Skills & Attributes Strong mechanical aptitude Reliable, punctual, and well organised Team-oriented with a proactive approach to work High standards of workmanship Pay & Benefits £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience) Company pension Free on-site parking
