Our Client is looking for a CNC Turner to join their expanding team. They manufacture precision components for numerous industries including Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Petro-Chemical. As CNC Turner you will be responsible for the efficient operation of production machines producing high quality components following engineering drawings.

CNC Turner - Key Tasks - CNC Machinist, Turning, Machining, Precision Engineering, Machine Shop

Produce CNC Programmes (Online)
Setup and Operate the Machines
Knowledge of workshop practices
Report problems and record cycle times
Maintain the safe and efficient running of the machines
Working in line with the Company quality and Health and Safety policies
Assist with the following:

- general running of the machine shop, colleagues, training, machine maintenance and repair

CNC Turning - Previous Experience - CNC Machinist, Turning, Machining, Precision Engineering, Machine Shop

Ideally Apprentice trained
Knowledge of Fanuc Controllers
Able to part program
Good understanding of metal cutting techniques, choice of tooling, work holding, speeds and feeds etc.
Understand and follow routings and planning
