We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturer of healthcare products. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to secure long-term employment within a clean, organised, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.

This role would suit candidates with warehouse experience, as well as those looking to build a stable career within manufacturing.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15

Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

No weekend work

Early finish every Friday

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing healthcare products for dispatch

Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe and controlled manner

Moving stock within the warehouse using manual handling techniques

Completing basic paperwork and stock checks accurately

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hygienic working environment

Following all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times

Working to company standards and production targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling healthcare-related products

Physically fit due to manual handling requirements

Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently

Comfortable working as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and processes

Ability to follow instructions and company procedures accurately
