Powder Coater

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Powder Coater to join our client in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Powder coating is a key part of their operation, with 2 3 dedicated coating areas, and this role offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities to work on a wide range of projects.

You will be responsible for powder coating components ranging from small nuts and bolts to large-scale equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet job specifications. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

• Set up and adjust powder guns, including selecting correct settings and tips for different surfaces

• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of powder coating equipment

• Follow job instructions and production requirements accurately

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

• Assist with preparation work, including cleaning and masking components

• Rotate between powder coating areas as required to support production demands

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar industrial finishing role

• Good understanding of powder coating processes, equipment, and application techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
