Win as a TeamThis role is key to ensuring efficient management of credit hire and damage claims, helping control costs and deliver high-quality customer outcomes. It offers the opportunity to develop expertise in claims handling, work collaboratively with internal teams, and take ownership of cases from start to finish.
You'll make an impact by:- Taking ownership of credit hire and damage claims from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
- Investigating claims thoroughly, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and claimants to manage the process effectively.
- Providing clear, helpful responses to customers and claimants, maintaining high standards of service throughout.
- Spotting potential issues early, escalating when needed, and using your judgement to protect the business and minimise costs.
- Good understanding of motor claims, including third-party and credit hire claims.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to handle customers, claimants, and suppliers effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering the best outcome.
- Comfortable in using IT systems, keeping accurate records, and managing your own caseload efficiently.
