JOB TITLE: Loans Digital Product Manager

SALARY: The salary banding is £61,344 - £68,160

LOCATION: Chester, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester & Newport/Cardiff

HOURS: 35 hours, full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We’re looking for a Digital Loans Product Manager who thrives on performance and knows how to showcase success. You’ll be a natural collaborator, working across the loans team and other experts across the bank to deliver incremental growth across our digital journeys.

What will I be doing?
  • Working with and empowering a team of specialists to seek out and solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience.

  • Driving incremental performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our digital buying journeys through continuous optimisations.

  • Create and analyse digital journey performance using Adobe Analytics and Power BI – identifying trends and opportunities to optimise conversion and engagement.

  • Communicate performance stories effectively to collaborators, influencing decisions and celebrating achievement

  • Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance and impacts understood, whilst managing risk effectively with appropriate team members, governance, and controls

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience of digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce guidelines.

  • Ability to interrogate and interpret data, ideally with experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI.

  • Have strong influencing skills and the ability to make purposeful relationships with your team members and partners.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding opportunities for automation and innovation

  • Skilled in turning complex datasets into actionable insights and clear performance stories.

  • Can create simplicity from complexity. We need to be able to articulate our product ‘stories’ and goals clearly and concisely to our customers to gain advocacy and / or approvals.

  • Are a self‑starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, whilst balancing multiple deliverables.
