As part of a wider group of companies, my client distributes and sells a vast range of consumer durable and DIY products both through direct selling routes as well as through e-commerce channels. The companies fall under a larger group banner whilst holding their own brand identities. All companies have identifiably different structures, processes and approaches to technology which need to be analysed, improved and restructured where necessary.

As one of a small number of in-house technology proficient people, this role holder will identify areas of improvement and implement both process and technology solutions that will support the business through a period of growth and change.
