Support Worker, Community Health

Creative Support are looking for warm, enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our team providing support to people in our Calderdale Services. At these vibrant services we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including learning disabilities, mental health support needs and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be passionate about providing personalised support, based around activities that include:

• daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry
• supporting people to meet their personal care needs
• enabling people to safely access their local community

You will be required to work effectively as part of a team to provide person centred support in a consistent manner to promote independence, inclusion, wellbeing and personal development.

No two days will be the same, as service users love to engage in a wide range of activities within the home.
