Operations Manager Healthcare

Our client are , motivated, and experienced Operations Manager to join their Adult Social Care team. This is a critical leadership role, to drive forward the implementation of their vision for adult social care, working within a framework of strength-based and asset-based approaches. You will be responsible for managing and improving service delivery across multiple localities in Calderdale, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective services that meet the diverse needs of our community.

As a key member of their extended leadership team, you will work collaboratively across sectors, lead multi-professional teams, and have a direct impact on improving outcomes for adults in Calderdale.
