Early Years Practitioner

Overview

Highly effective Early Years practitioner required ASAP. If you are Early Years qualified with either a level three equivalent, or a degree which is relative to the education of young people, this could be ideal for you. In order to be successful within this role a huge emphasis is placed on a positive attitude and an ability to help children in a setting that is working around a play based learning ethos.

If you are a happy, smiley person and a child at heart the school will be keen to hear from you.

• You will be working with a range of children with varying needs and learning styles.
• Understand how children learn through play; apply play-based learning approaches.
• Be comfortable working under the direction of class teachers and FS leaders.
• Be familiar with tracking of progress in line with EYFS.

• Early Years qualification with either a level three equivalent, or a degree related to the education of young people.
• Positive attitude and a child-centered approach.
