The company has a long history of successful project delivery across a wide range of complex builds and maintains strong, long-term partnerships with major contractors. Due to continued growth and new project wins, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales / Estimating Manager to join the team.
The RoleThis is a key position responsible for converting sales opportunities into project revenue and ensuring all estimates are accurate, competitive and aligned with commercial targets. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will lead and develop the Estimating team, manage key tenders and play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing Estimating and Sales team
- Manage all incoming enquiries and ensure accurate, timely responses
- Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing
- Personally convert a minimum of three enquiries per week while supporting team targets
