Mac Lean Bolter Operators – Kidd Creek – Dumas Contracting Ltd.

As a Mac Lean Bolter Operator with Dumas, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Mac Lean bolting equipment to install ground support in underground development headings. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and safety of the mine.

• Operate Mac Lean Bolter to install primary and secondary ground support (rock bolts, mesh, screen) in development headings according to the mine plan.
• Ensure compliance with Dumas and site‑specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment, reporting all issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Previous experience operating a Mac Lean Bolter in an underground mining environment.
• Valid Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification.
• Strong knowledge of drilling and blasting techniques.
• Ability to work in physically demanding and confined environments.
• Excellent safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
