Marketing Sales Consultant

Acadia Broadcasting has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Halifax Team as an  Advertising Consultant , representing our local brands of Surge 105, Hot Country 103.5, Round Table, and a soon-to-launch product! In this new role, you’ll provide cutting edge marketing strategies to local businesses through radio & digital advertising solutions. If you’re not afraid to knock on doors, meet new people, learn the stories behind local businesses, and offer guidance to help them grow and succeed – we want to hear from you.

Your Success Will Come From

Proactively pursue new business opportunities, building lasting partnerships that support community and client success.

Build and maintain meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients.

Develop creative, customized marketing solutions that address client needs.

Work flexibly across environments—office, home, and on the road.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of account receivables.

Bring a self‑starter mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

A friendly, engaging individual who excels at relationship building.

Experience in marketing, media, and/or digital sales (an asset).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

A competitive spirit and desire to succeed.

Tech‑savvy, with comfort using social media platforms such as Linked In.

Post‑secondary education in sales or marketing (an asset).

A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
