** What You’ll Do
** As part of the Sales team, you’ll work closely with and under the direction of the
** Regional Sales Manager**, developing your own customer portfolio while gaining hands‑on exposure to technical selling.
You will:
* Sell and promote Sika’s solutions in
** concrete repair & protection, flooring systems (epoxy & urethane), masonry mortars, and stucco/EIFS systems
*** Meet with contractors, distributors, and clients to understand project needs and recommend the right technical solutions
* Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and application recommendations to customers and distributors
* Support the Regional Sales Manager with distributor and client contract reviews
* Develop new business, grow existing accounts, and increase regional market share
* Monitor competitor activity and defend Sika’s value proposition in the marketplace
* Coordinate closely with Customer Service to ensure orders are placed seamlessly
* Actively contribute to team initiatives while following Sika Canada’s quality, safety, and environmental standards
** Territory & Travel
*** Based in
** Halifax, NS (or St. John’s)**, supporting
** Nova Scotia
*** Travel within the Maritimes (NB & PEI) based on business needs
* Approximately
** 50% regional travel
*** Occasional travel to
** Montreal (2–3 times per year)
** for training or business meetings
