About the RoleWe’re looking for an Omnichannel Brand Engagement Project Lead to design and deliver connected consumer experiences across digital, retail, experiential, CRM, and partner channels. You’ll bring brand stories to life through seamless, insight driven journeys that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Secondment:
In the execution of this role, you will be required to be seconded to a major client of Community. This secondment includes reporting to work at our client’s offices and taking directions and supervision directly from our client.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of omnichannel brand engagement programs.
- Connect online and offline touchpoints—CRM, digital, social, retail, events, and experiential—into one unified consumer journey.
- Partner with cross functional teams (CX, Digital, Trade, Retail, Experiential, Media) to integrate channels, align messaging, and ensure connected deployment.
- Manage agencies and external partners to deliver premium on brand activations.
- Oversee performance tracking, lead generation integration, and continuous optimization.
- Build and deploy consumer engagement mechanics that elevate the brand and deepen emotional connection.
- 4–7+ years in Omnichannel Marketing, Brand Engagement, CX, or Integrated Marketing.
- Experience running cross functional projects and multi-touch point campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer journeys, digital channels, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution through tight coordination and project leadership.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Engagement quality and data capture

- Operational excellence across channels
Note:
Experience with in highly regulated industries is considered an asset (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cosmetics, pharma and financial institutions)
