About The Opportunity
The Director of Sales is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company's overall sales and sales strategies for all Parkland, Faubourg, and Allbright communities, including new developments, new products, and ancillary services. The role includes the following deliverables:

Provide leadership and oversight to all departmental activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable legislation

Research, plan, budget and coordinate on‑site and off‑site marketing events to attract prospects and build relationships for new developments that lead to pre‑sales

Provide ongoing evaluation of each regional sales and marketing effort to assess effectiveness in supporting their respective communities’ sales teams and meeting budgeted occupancy and census goals

Collaborate with Sales Managers, General Managers and Lifestyle Consultants to prepare individual campus sales and marketing plans annually and quarterly, including detailed activity and timelines to promote meeting or beating occupancy goals and building community awareness

Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership and other functions

Provide sales reporting, identify trends and areas for improvement

Oversee budget for pre‑opening costs and the execution plan for all new developments, both retirement living and nursing homes

About You

A post‑secondary degree in a related discipline

5 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar field

5–7 years in a supervisory role or senior sales and marketing position, exhibiting creativity, strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Industry experience is an asset

A passion for the healthcare sector and/or for ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
