Full Stack Tech Lead

The Full Stack Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in front-end and back-end development, cloud integration, and Dev Ops automation. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead front-end development using Vue.js and associated frameworks.

Drive back-end development leveraging .NET, Node.js, or Java for robust services.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless database integration.

Oversee cloud deployments and Dev Ops processes including CI/CD and containerization.

Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and web performance best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Maintain high standards of code quality through unit and integration testing.

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Vue.js.

Expertise in Tailwind CSS, Vuetify 3, Vitest, and Accessibility (A11y).

Knowledge or experience developing mobile applications using React Native.

Experience with .NET, Node.js, or Java for backend services.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration.

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.

Strong unit testing and integration testing experience.

Familiarity with SASS, W3C Web Standards, and Web Performance.

Proficiency in Webpack.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Technical writing and documentation skills.
