We are seeking a UX Designer with strong UX writing capabilities to create and maintain content across digital channels including web, mobile, app, SMS, and more.
This role focuses on delivering user-centered microcopy and content that aligns with brand voice, digital standards, and regulatory guidelines.
The UX Designer will also contribute to improving user experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams and support end-user productivity by resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Create content for digital channels (web, app, mobile, SMS) aligned with content strategy, SEO, brand voice, and business requirements.
Present complex topics in consumer-friendly, plain language.
Collaborate with content strategists, designers, product managers, UX researchers, and subject matter experts.
Assist in developing and maintaining digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.
Provide timely and creative solutions to end-user computer and networking issues.
Coordinate configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Maintain accurate documentation of end-user issues and resolutions.
Make independent decisions regarding work methods and follow established procedures.

Required Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of UX writing experience.
Experience writing and optimizing content for various digital formats including short-form content for web, mobile, email, SMS, and push notifications.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and the role of content in digital design.

Experience with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and AP Stylebook.
Less than 5 years of technical experience in troubleshooting and support.
Passion for improving consumer experiences and working in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications   Experience in backend application tasks such as managing user access and permissions.
Experience in account or administrative tasks within digital platforms.
