We are seeking a Senior OnBase Developer with technical expertise in Content Services (formerly ECM) and hands-on experience in developing Hyland OnBase solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing OnBase systems that meet specific business requirements.
This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement OnBase systems and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead project delivery from concept through to implementation, including authoring Scope of Works documentation.
Collaborate with technical service resources to interpret and deliver business requirements on schedule.
Present and demonstrate OnBase solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with defined Scope of Works.
Contribute to the broader ICT strategy to support service division goals and business objectives.
Mentor and support junior developers in strengthening their OnBase technical capabilities.
Attend relevant training to maintain and grow expertise in software development and OnBase systems.
Required Qualifications:
Proven development experience in Hyland OnBase systems.
Strong understanding of Content Services (ECM) platforms.
Ability to design, document, and implement OnBase projects.
Experience writing technical documents such as Scope of Works or Functional Specifications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to varied audiences.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Solid understanding of Microsoft applications and general new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hyland OnBase certifications such as Installer, Workflow, Work View, Brainware, or API.
Prior experience coaching or mentoring team members.
Experience with enterprise-scale content services implementations.
Certifications:
Hyland OnBase certifications (Installer, Workflow, Work View, Brainware, or API) – preferred.
