Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Functional Associate ERP Implementer. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience in ERP implementation is required . The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for a successful career in ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and clients to understand their business processes and system requirements.

Work closely with senior team members to gather and document client needs.

Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.

Conduct system analysis and gap-fit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may be required .

Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM .

Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements .

Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases .

Assist in creating test plans, test scripts, and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions .

Address and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation .

Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes or enhancements .

Stay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities, trends, and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Participate in project meetings, communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, and provide regular status reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's D egree in Information Technology , Business / Finance / Supply Chain Management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines .

A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
