What you bring to the table
  • High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Shifts are primarily 3 a.m. – 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment independently, with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities
  • Guest check‑in and check‑out – efficiently manage the process, verify guest information, and process payments accurately.
  • Greet all guests in a courteous and efficient manner upon arrival, address inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Reservations management – handle all reservations through various channels including phone, email, and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, adjustments; and manage cancellations.
  • Administrative tasks – perform clerical duties such as managing phone calls, maintaining guest records, and balancing cash and financial reports at the end of each shift.
  • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
