Green Leaf Psychological Services is seeking a personable, skilled Psychologist to join our established private practice clinic in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
This position offers flexible working hours, generous compensation, and a full clinical caseload
, without the stress of running your own practice or being limited to a 9-5 traditional position.
Our newly renovated, fully furnished offices are bright, modern, and located in a professional building in the heart of Halifax, surrounded by physicians, dentists, pharmacies, yoga studios, and other complementary services. We receive a very high volume of referrals from Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth, and are currently unable to meet demand.
Successful candidates join with a full caseload ready immediately, or whenever you choose to take this on. We offer a warm, supportive environment, full administrative support, regular peer consultations, and a genuine emphasis on work-life balance.

- Estimated annual earnings: $120,000 - $180,000.
- Above-market compensation with most clinicians exceeding $120,000 in their very first year.
- Signing bonus.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Eligible for registration in Nova Scotia as a Psychologist or Candidate Register Psychologist.
- Experience providing therapy and/or assessment services to adults, adolescents, or couples.
- Interest in working in a supportive, private practice environment.
- Psychologists wanting the freedom of private practice without the administrative burden.
- Psychologists transitioning from hospital, community mental health, other private practice clinics, or government settings.
- Psychologists seeking higher income, more autonomy, and flexible hours.

- Psychologists or counsellors in Nova Scotia who are currently operating independently but do not have a full caseload.
