- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Tasks - Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
- Supervise staff
- Analyze clients' financial records
- Develop financial plans for clients
- Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning
- Arrange for sale of financial products and investments
- Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client Area of specialization
