Position Overview:
The Manager, Industrial and Government Benefits is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing financial resources, contractual commitments and business opportunities from government agencies and industry partners. This role involves working closely with the Business Development, Contracts, Purchasing, Finance, Programs and Engineering functions, as well as senior leadership, to ensure compliance with funding regulations, contractual commitments and to maximize funding and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government contracting, international trade regulations, and government assistance programs as well as strong communication and networking skills.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration or similar field. Equivalency would be granted for significant ITB or Offset Management experience.
5-7 years experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology sectors with experience in proposal writing, contract management, ITBs, offsets, or government grants a distinct advantage.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
Must be able to pass and maintain applicable security clearances including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
