Licensed Automotive Technician

Our client, a prominent leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Licensed Automotive Technician, you will be an integral part of the service department, supporting a team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Licensed Automotive Technician

Location: Halifax, NS

Pay Range: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers about repair needs and timelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Valid Red Seal Automotive Technician certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
