As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties as assigned.

M-F 9-5

Assignment Duration: 20 days (Possibility of extension)

Responsibilities
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Greeting visitors
- Answering guest inquiries
- Printing documents
- Folding documents/letters and placing them in envelopes
- Performing other administrative tasks aligned with a receptionist role

Qualifications
Software Skills
- Basic computer functions
- Email, Outlook, Calendar management

Years of experience: at least 1 year of experience

Education:

GED/HS
