We are currently seeking an Office Services Student to join our Administrative team based in the Firm’s St. John’s, NL office.

The Opportunity:
The Firm’s Office Services Student provides administrative and reception support to the Manager, Administrative Services, and assists with daily office operations. The Office Services Student will prepare and maintain meeting rooms, arrange catering, stock supplies, support office events, and cover reception duties.
The Office Services Student will also assist with administrative tasks, including processing mail, scanning, photocopying, binding documents, maintaining a filing and bring-forward system, processing expense claims, and other projects as assigned.
A key focus of the role is participation in a special project for file destruction, ensuring confidential materials are securely processed.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration. Enrollment in, or recent graduation from, a relevant post-secondary program is required. Previous office or hospitality experience is an asset.
