Lyon Restoration responds to emergencies 24/7/365, helping homes and buildings recover from water damage, fire, mold, and other disasters. We’re looking for an Office Manager who can bring structure, urgency, and great customer care to the center of our business.

Lyon Restoration is a family-run disaster restoration company based in Half Moon Bay, California, a unique coastal community just south of San Francisco. For over 15 years, we’ve built a reputation for being the team our clients, insurance partners, and property managers can count on when things go wrong. We start each day with a brief service-values meeting focused on teamwork, accountability, service, urgency, and stewardship.

We move quickly, we communicate clearly, and we take ownership, because in emergencies, details and follow-through matter.

Office Manager is the day-to-day operations hub for our office, supporting scheduling, payroll coordination, lead processing, renewals, benefits administration, and the many moving parts that keep restoration projects and crews running efficiently. You’ll work closely with leadership and be a key point person for internal coordination and client support. We’re open to a strong "hit-the-ground-running"
Office Manager or a junior-to-mid level candidate with great potential who’s ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate day-to-day office operations to keep the business running smoothly
  • Support or coordinate payroll processing, time tracking, and routine HR/admin tasks
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for leadership, office needs, and internal workflows
  • Oversee lead intake and processing, ensuring speed, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Serve as a key internal point person for communication, organization, and task execution
  • Help manage annual insurance renewals, documentation, and administrative compliance items
  • Support benefits renewal/admin processes and related employee communications
  • Maintain organized systems for documents, files, vendor info, and operational records
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and responsiveness with clients and partners
Qualifications
  • Experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role (construction/restoration experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills, you re the type who creates systems, not just follows them
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service instincts
  • Tech-savvy: able to learn software quickly and keep files/processes clean and accurate
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping/admin finance concepts is helpful (a separate team member handles bookkeeping)
  • Reliable, accountable, and calm under pressure
Pay & Benefits
  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and ability to own the function end-to-end.
