Monday–Friday (Saturdays required every other week)

About Jordan Fencing
Jordan Fencing is a well-established fencing supplier, providing high-quality timber fencing materials to both trade and domestic customers. We are looking for a reliable and practical Yard Operative to join our team, with a strong focus on manufacturing fencing panels.

About the Role
This role is primarily focused on the manufacture of timber fencing panels, with additional yard duties carried out as required to support day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities

· Manufacturing timber fencing panels to Jordan Fencing standards and specifications

· Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fixing timber components

· Operating panel-making machinery, saws, and air tools

· Maintaining consistent quality and production output

· Keeping the panel-making area clean, safe, and organised

· Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Secondary Yard Duties

· Loading and unloading fencing materials and completed panels

· Picking and preparing customer orders when required

· Assisting drivers and customers within the yard

· Supporting stock movement and basic stock checks

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in fencing panel making or timber work preferred but not essential

· Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail

· Comfortable with manual handling

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

· Forklift licence an advantage (training can be provided)
