Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operational and technical coordination activities.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and MIS related to technical and operational activities.
- Track action points, schedules, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, plant activities, and inter-departmental communications.
- Support documentation, data compilation, and process tracking for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensure effective information flow between the General Manager and various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Engineering (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant / coordination role.
- Basic understanding of technical, engineering, and plant processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
