Our client is seeking a commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager to lead and scale their online division. This role plays a key part in the organisation's growth strategy and offers the opportunity to take full ownership of an established and expanding e‑commerce platform.
This position is ideal for someone with strong digital expertise, a data‑led mindset, and experience within B2B or manufacturing‑led e‑commerce environments.

- Lead and deliver the overall e‑commerce growth strategy
- Take ownership of the e‑commerce platform and online sales performance
- Manage and report on key online sales KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and ROAS
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Optimise website performance, UX/UI, navigation, and checkout journey
- Oversee product listings, pricing structures, bulk pricing tiers, and stock visibility
- Manage PPC, SEO, email marketing, and other traffic‑building campaigns
- Improve customer experience across the full online ordering journey
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, marketing, IT, and service teams
- Support new product launches and pass high‑value leads to the Key Account team
- Proven experience in an E‑Commerce Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
- Demonstrable success in improving online sales performance and conversion rates
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with in packaging, manufacturing, industrial supplies, or B2B e‑commerce
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and inventory management
- Understanding of sustainability or eco‑focused product trends
- Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant digital marketing or e‑commerce certifications advantageous
- Commercially focused with a growth mindset
- Data driven and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment
- Passionate about improving digital customer experience
- Has access to their own vehicle
