We are looking for two Assembly Finishers for our client.

Are you a practical, hands-on person who takes pride in precision and quality?
We’re looking for a dedicated Assembly Finisher to join our manufacturing team and help produce world-class components used in advanced technology environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, has a great eye for detail, and wants to develop their skills within a growing, high-tech engineering company.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Finishing and assembling components to achieve a flawless, high-quality surface
Performing inspection and testing operations on vacuum chambers
Setting up and running leak-checking operations using mass spectrometry equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional work environment
Collaborating closely with your Cell Leader and team to ensure production targets and quality standards are met  What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience
 
Experience in finishing, fitting, or assembly (ideally within UHV/HV or manufacturing industries)
Confident using hand and power tools
Background in fabrication or mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work  Desirable Skills
 
Hands-on experience assembling small or large, complex mechanical assemblies
Physically fit and comfortable with practical, sometimes hands-on work
Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within a technical environment  Qualifications
 
GCSEs or equivalent  Who You Are
