WIPES, the multi‑award‑winning, rinse‑free hygiene brand that helps people stay clean, confident and dignified when showering isn’t an option. We sell direct‑to‑consumer, on QVC, in pharmacies, WHSMITH travel retail… and we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take our Shopify + Klaviyo engine and turn it into a well‑oiled, revenue‑printing machine. (Yes, that’s a technical term.)
This is not a fluffy content role. This is growth, retention, optimisation and commercial impact wrapped in a brand that has heart, humour and purpose.
Digital Marketing Manager (Shopify & Klaviyo Wizard Wanted)📍 East Sussex (Hybrid) | 💰 £45–65k DOE
What you’ll really be doingYou’ll own our entire digital customer engine
, from first click to fifth repeat purchase:
- Make Shopify convert harder (UX, bundles, AOV, CRO, subscriptions, upsells).
- Make Klaviyo sing (flows, segments, campaigns, testing, deliverability, revenue tracking).
- Build and optimise funnels from Meta, Google, Tik Tok, email and SMS.
- Turn one‑time buyers into obsessed repeat customers.
- Own campaign planning, reporting and optimisation (we care about MER, not vanity metrics).
- Work closely with our creative team, social media manager, founders and digital agencies to turn ideas into money.
- Launch new products digitally and make sure they actually sell.
- Keep the Fresh Wipes voice consistent across site, email, ads and socials.
You’ll also have the space to flex your broader marketing brain brand, retail support, PR moments, press etc but your home base is digital revenue

You’ll probably be nodding along to most of these:
- Klaviyo power user
– flows, splits, attribution, segmentation, deliverability, testing. - Shopify confidence
– themes, apps, bundles, subscriptions (Recharge a plus). - Experience scaling a DTC or omnichannel brand.
- Comfortable with CAC, AOV, LTV, MER, contribution margin, and not panicking when we talk numbers.
- Knows how to brief creatives, agencies and freelancers and get results.
- Data‑driven but not boring.
- Can juggle chaos without becoming chaos.
- FMCG, beauty, wellness or healthcare experience.
- Influencer, UGC or community‑driven growth.
- PR, retail support or product launches.
- Purpose‑led or sustainability‑focused brands.
