Warehouse Clerk 1st Shift at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Permanent Full‑time – Shipping / Receiving Clerk

• First Shift (Sunday‑Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; Thursday‑Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm)

Hourly: $23.45

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse direction and vendor assignment
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation and work with inventory to resolve issues
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports timely
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional relationship building with peers, supervisors, customers, and work groups
• Ability to multi‑task, stay highly organized, and manage time effectively
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
• Intermediate PC skills in MS Office
• Intermediate SAP and WMS knowledge
• Safety Sensitive Position – may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified depending on location
