Location:
Hagerstown, MD.
Ryder is hiring Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associates to work in a safe, state‑of‑the‑art facility handling computers and other products. The role is a key part of our distribution network across the United States.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $19.75 per hour. Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour for mid‑shift work.
Schedule:
Mid Shift Monday‑Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

- High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Six months of related warehouse experience (required); one year or more preferred
- Certification to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) – intermediate level required
- Ability to operate or maintain automated or manual warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate level preferred
- Ability to read, perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Input data into WMS computer system(s)
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Adaptability and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent time management, multi‑tasking, and follow‑up practices
- Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and facility security at shift end.
- Perform picking and packing duties, checking for product or container damage.
- Execute material moves and related transactions following policies and procedures.
- Participate in workgroup and team activities aimed at self‑improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain housekeeping duties in assigned area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
